Welcome to my personal webpage

I was born in the tiny city of Cuautla, Morelos in 1989. After some existential diatribes, I landed at doing my life plan as a theoretical physicist.

Nowadays, I'm working on the foundations of quantum mechanics at the Instituto de Ciencias Físicas, UNAM Campus Morelos, in the pictorial city of Cuernavaca.

My main research line is the geometrical and algebraic description of quantum optical systems, in particular optomechanical cavities, quantum QED, and time-dependent evolution. So far, I'm interested in the mathematical and axiomatic foundations of the quantum theory, the analytical and computational solution of diverse systems with potential to be included and developed as quantum technology in the ongoing human revolution.

I'm involved in teaching and outreach activities, trying to be an influence to the young people to get close to the theoretical and computational research in physics.

I hold a Ph.D. in Physics awarded by the Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica.
